Zayn Malik is giving fans another look at “Love Like This,” his debut single on Mercury Records, which is set to be released on July 21.
In a fresh sneak look of the song uploaded on Instagram Sunday evening (July 16), the pop diva offers viewers a very serious stare.
Last week, he teased “Love Like This” by announcing the single with a video showing him shirtless and spray-painting the song’s title and release date into a wall. Previously, he’d released a series of short films incorporating snatches of the song.
The new track is the former One Direction singer’s first solo release since his 2021 album Nobody Is Listening, which included a collaboration with Ingrid Michaelson, “To Begin Again,” and a version of Jimi Hendrix’s “Angel.” It’s also the first music he’s released since leaving RCA Records
According to Billboard, Zayn’s song will sound very different from his prior singles such as “Pillowtalk” and his Taylor Swift duet “I Don’t Wanna Live Forever.”
